Vendors must provide accurate business information and maintain all required licenses and approvals.
2. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Food quality and hygiene
- Pricing and menu accuracy
- Customer service
- Compliance with applicable laws
3. Listings & Content
Vendors may upload business details, menus, images, logos, and offers. The Vendor confirms that all submitted information is accurate and lawful.
4. Plans & Fees
Sliceigo may offer free or paid plans. Applicable subscription, onboarding, or promotional fees shall be communicated separately and are generally non-refundable.
5. Reservations & Orders
Vendors must honor valid reservations and orders received through the Platform.
6. Reviews
Vendors must not post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or offer incentives for false feedback.
7. Suspension
Sliceigo may suspend or remove any vendor account for fraud, misleading information, repeated complaints, food safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
8. Liability
Sliceigo acts only as a technology platform and is not responsible for food quality, customer disputes, business losses, or vendor operations.
9. Changes to Terms
Sliceigo may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
