1. About Sliceigo

Sliceigo is a food discovery and vendor listing platform that enables users to discover restaurants, cafes, street food vendors, dhabas, food courts, and other food establishments, and help users to make payments for their orders.

Sliceigo may provide services including but not limited to:

• Vendor discovery
• Restaurant listings
• Search and recommendations
• Reviews and ratings
• Reservations
• Dine-in ordering features
• Promotional campaigns
• User accounts and saved places
• Payments

Sliceigo does not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, legality, or accuracy of food, services, or information provided by third-party vendors.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Sliceigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false information.

3. User Account

Users may create an account using approved registration methods. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• All activities occurring under your account

Sliceigo shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Post false or misleading reviews
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. Reviews & Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences. Sliceigo reserves the right to moderate reviews, remove fake or abusive content, and suspend users engaged in review manipulation. Reviews represent user opinions and not those of Sliceigo.

6. Reservations

Where reservation services are available:

• Reservations are subject to vendor availability.
• Confirmation does not guarantee service if inaccurate information is provided by the user.
• Vendors may have their own reservation policies.

Sliceigo is not responsible for reservation disputes between users and vendors.

7. Vendor Listings

Vendor information displayed on the Platform may include business name, contact information, location, menus, images, offers, and ratings. Sliceigo does not independently verify every piece of information provided by vendors and cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

8. Payments

Certain services may require payment including vendor subscription fees, promotional services, featured listings, and future premium services. All payments are subject to applicable taxes. Payments once processed may not be refundable except as specified in applicable policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the Sliceigo name, logo, design, features, software, and content created by Sliceigo remain the exclusive property of Velaste Private Limited. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, maps, analytics tools, and communication providers. Use of such services may be subject to separate third-party terms. Sliceigo is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sliceigo shall not be liable for:

• Food quality issues
• Vendor disputes
• Service interruptions
• Business losses
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users access vendors and services at their own discretion and risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sliceigo, Velaste Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of rights of third parties.

13. Account Suspension

Sliceigo may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, posts harmful or illegal content, or harms the Platform or other users. No prior notice may be required in serious cases.

14. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Sliceigo Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications

Sliceigo may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and app. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
